Bryan Sieben

Bryan Sieben is known by many for his extraordinary skills and knowledge in machinery and equipment. His father was the strongest influence in his life taught him about machines and equipment at a very early age. He gained a wealth of experience repairing farm equipment while growing up on the farm in Illinois. His father would not have kept up with the farm had it not been for his expertise. His friends and other mechanics in the community of his hometown noticed that he not only flourished into a skillful mechanic, but rather a wizard mechanic during his high school years.

A petroleum company from Texas found oil in surrounding areas of Bryan’s hometown in Mount Sterling, Illinois, sometime after 1981. Bryan was hired by the company as a heavy equipment mechanic after the initial drilling began. Prior to his hiring, he attended mechanic school in Quincy, Illinois, from 1980-1981 after graduating from high school, earning his certification in “Doctor of Motors”. He was asked to move to Texas with them after oil ran out in 1983, and he took up on their offer. He worked for a couple of companies in Oklahoma and Texas for nearly 12 years as a welder and heavy equipment operator/mechanic before establishing his own business in Kountze in 1995. He was the superintendent of Herzog Contracting Company in Texas for approximately 10 years prior to 1995. He is married to Pamala who is the president of his company. They have two sons, Keith and Daren, and both of their sons are mechanics at Sieben Equipment Service, Inc.
